Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Lindsay Foreman is also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. She uses NLP techniques to help her clients overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors and create positive change in their lives.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

In addition to hypnotherapy and NLP, Lindsay Foreman offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training. MBSR is a research-based program that helps individuals manage stress and improve their overall well-being. Lindsay teaches her clients mindfulness practices that can be applied to daily life to reduce stress and increase resilience.
